Store and retailer relationship

Zuraflex is an independent online retailer. Unless expressly stated on a product page, Zuraflex does not claim to manufacture the products offered or to be affiliated with or endorsed by a third-party brand. Product names and third-party marks identify the respective goods or rights holders.

Product information

Product pages provide the available descriptions, dimensions, materials, images, options, and package contents for each item. These details vary by product. Review the specific listing and compare its dimensions with your space before ordering. Colors can appear differently across displays. Images may show objects used for illustration; check the listed package contents to see what is included. If a dimension is identified as approximate, it is an estimate.

Orders and availability

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the listed products. We may review an order for availability, payment, address, or security issues. An order is accepted when we confirm it or begin fulfillment, subject to applicable law. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled order. We may correct an obvious listing or pricing error and will contact you before proceeding if it affects your order.

Contact support@zuraflex.com promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check whether fulfillment has begun; a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment. If we cannot ship within the stated time or a material delay occurs, we will notify you and offer the choice to accept a revised estimate or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.

Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and the order total are presented in checkout before submission. Available payment methods are those presented during checkout. Payment providers may authorize a transaction, conduct security checks, or impose their own processing time. See our Payment Information page.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to eligible addresses within the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., and do not offer international shipping. Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase. Order preparation takes 1–2 business days; estimated transit after dispatch is 2–4 business days, for an estimated total of 3–6 business days. Estimates are not guarantees. Returns and refunds

Return requests for eligible items must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused, undamaged, and include their accessories. Approved eligible returns receive a prepaid label at no charge, with no restocking fee. We do not offer exchanges. After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we initiate its refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days; a payment provider may take longer to post the credit. See the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits a nonwaivable right under applicable law.

Intellectual property and site use

Store content, page design, and Zuraflex branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the store for lawful personal shopping and may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its content.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order, subject to applicable law.
